Autoparts4USA offers FREE shipping on all US orders via Fedex Ground (Excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii wich are shipped via USPS).
Orders shipped to a domestic residential address are sent via FedEx Home Delivery. Please note that FedEx Home Delivery makes deliveries Tuesdays through Saturdays. Saturday is not a service day for all areas.
All orders are processed until 2pm, all orders received after 2pm will be shipped next business day. All items have a transit time of approximately 1 -5 days (please refer to map below). We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday after 2pm, will be shipped out on Monday. You may purchase upgraded shipping options at an additional charge.

Upgraded Shipping: FedEx
All FedEx 2-Day and Next-Day orders will be processed until 2pm. All FedEx 2-Day and Next-Day orders received after 2pm, will be shipped next business day. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday after 2pm, will be shipped out on Monday. Shipping charges are calculated via the FedEx database.
International Shipping
Autoparts4USA offers worldwide international shipping by USPS Air Mail and FedEx. Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price Autoparts4USA charges, and are billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. As a helpful tip, we have found customers are less likely to be charged duties and taxes on multiple smaller orders as opposed to one large order, but it varies by country. - Warranty, Returns & Replacements
- Autoparts4USA offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty (as long as you own your car).
Autoparts4USA guarantees the product is brand new and free from defects. If a product has a manufacturing defect we will exchange it for as long as you own your vehicle, or during the first 30 days provide a full refund. Autoparts4USA is not liable for any consequential damages, losses, costs, or accidents. Other fees such as installation, labor, or towing will not be reimbursed with the warranty claim. All products under warranty claims will be tested at our facilities prior to refunds. Please allow a period of 14 days for testing. Products broken during installation and/or broken by rough handling will not be covered under warranty.
Any orders or packages received either damaged or received with missing content or wrong product shipped must be notified to Autoparts4USA within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please make sure that all original boxes, packaging, and accessories are kept during the products warranty period in case an RMA is required. If necessary you can fill an RMA by going to our site at www.autoparts4usa.com. Returns will be refused if received incomplete.
REFUND, STORE CREDIT, OR REPLACEMENTS
Refund, Store Credit, and Replacements can be given where:
· Goods are tested as defective by our Certified Technicians in the RMA Department
· Goods are wrongfully described on our website
· Goods received damaged (MUST be reported within 30 days of receiving)
Please note:
· Goods cannot be returned if they have been used or damaged, nor if any fault has occurred during installation or through customer misuse.
· Goods must be returned in its “Original Condition” as it was received. - Privacy & Security

We will never release any of you personal information to outside parties unless under federal or state subpoena. We don't believe in spamming our customers, you will never receive unwanted emails. When you sign up with us, you will receive information on new items and upcoming promotions, but may choose to stop receiving this information at any time.
