Our Pricing Policy:
Since we import the majority of our items, it may be necessary for us to change the price of an item between annual catalogs. The price that you see on the internet is the best price that is available and in some cases may be lower than the corresponding catalog price. We try to keep all price changes to a minimum.

Photograph Accuracy:
Although the photographs on this site were carefully selected to represent the actual items as accurately as possible some variation in color and appearance may occur due to your monitor configuration and variances in manufacturing. We guarantee the item will work as advertised.

Return Policy:
Autoparts4usa remains committed to providing our costumers with quality services in all areas, and will establish a positive and proactive attitude when assisting a costumer with an item return, Autoparts4usa will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions:
1) You must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Autoparts4usa. This number will be provided to you by e-mail with instructions for returning the merchandise. You must send your request for an RMA to: service@autoparts4usa.com
2) Returned merchandise without RMA will not be accepted.
3) Returned items must be accompanied by the invoice received via email and original box (so please don't throw away the box until you're sure the part is right!).
4) Shipping and/ or tariff fees are not refundable.
5) The item has not been used and/or installed.
6) The item is not damaged due to incorrect installation.
7) All eligible return or refused merchandise will be charged 15% restocking fee, there will be an additional fee to the buyer for incorrect or mistyped shipping addresses.
8) Electrical or installed parts are not returnable
9) Original packaging damaged by packing tape, water, oil, etc. will not be accepted.
10) Wrong parts replaced with the correct parts within 30 days will not be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping, excluding premium-shipping methods (ex. Next day, express mail, etc)
11) In order to complete your return, you MUST provide a tracking number via email so we can verify the delivery and receipt of the returned items.

Cancellation Procedure:
You can only cancel orders that have not entered the shipping process. Once the order has entered the shipping process it may no longer possible to cancel your order. Orders that have been assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled. Please attempt to cancel as early as possible as orders are processed electronically. To cancel orders contact customer service.

What is Core?:
The part that is currently in your car and is not working correctly is the 'core'. The core you have could be remanufactured and then sold again. By sending back your old part you are contributing to lower the cost of components and save money. In order to receive the core charge back you must return your old part in acceptable conditions to us.

Core Return Policy:
To return your core, please follow these instructions:
1. Use the same package where you receive your order.
2. Ship the package to the return address displayed in the shipping label of your order.
3. Include your full name, address, telephone number and order number (could be found in your email confirmation)
4. Email the following information to service@autoparts4usa.com:
     Full Name
     Email address used to order
     Order Number
     Shipping date
     Shipping Tracking number
Once we receive your acceptable core we will refund your core price to you within 30 day.
The returned core must be all in one piece. If the core has missing parts or is broken then do not return. All cores will be carefully inspected before refunds are given. Autoparts4USA reserves all rights to determine reusable cores. Most cores are fully refunded unless we determine they are not good. Partial core credits are given only at the discretion of Autoparts4USA.

All cores must be received within 45 days of shipping of your original order. Cores received after that time may be rejected or subject to processing fees.
Once we receive your core and it passes our inspection we will process your refund. Please allow 30 days for processing. Be patient and avoid calling or emailing until a full 30 days has passed. We appreciate your help in this.
